Well Folks, you've heard and read the rhetoric, the opinion, the newspaper reports and journalists, and let's not forget the anonymous ones. But have you heard it from "The Source" ?
This new series is dedicated to toss all of that noise aside and get it straight from the horses mouth.
Degreeboard.com, Inc. and staff is proud to annouce this Quarterly Interview series of players in the distance learning world, controversial for some perhaps not for others. Moderate in tone, tough on the facts, fair for all.
WHO DO YOU THINK IS OUR FIRST PARTICIPANT ?
Reply here with your guesses...first one to guess right wins a PRIZE.

Am I close ? What's the prize ?
First prize - a degree from Almeda
Second prize - two degrees from Almeda :D
(And no, that's not the first school...)
Robert J. didn't say that moderators weren't allowed to win the prize. So here's the answer: The Source (http://www.thesource.com/).

The ADVOCATUS (Lawyer) of Kennedy Western University = Robert A. Shlachter, JD, of the Portland law firm Stoll Stoll Berne Lokting & Shlachter :D
I would say it's either Columbia Commonwealth or Akamai but I'll give Columbia Commonwealth the nod.

The KWU interview is going good.
Hope it's a model of things to come.
You've got a fine website going here.

I am shocked that the "other channel" is knocking this interview. Everyone wants answers and when they come (on degreeboard ONLY) they don't like it. Boo hoo, sour grapes because no one there does anything this sophisticated.
I tip my hat to you DegreeBoard!

I agree, the Administrator and staff should be applauded for this exemplary action.

Hey Robert, who will the next?
What about Century UN. or Columbia C.U. or California Pacific Un. or Akamai (Now in the Federal List) or the brand new owner (Oriental, Japan or China) of Pacific Western Un.?
On the other hand, and in the most excellent scenario; Dr. Maxine of American World.:D

We had a couple of other schools lined up prior to the series being put on hiatus. Believe it or not, these things took quite a bit of time, phone calls, follow-ups, etc. and I know I just don't have as much time for Degreeboard anymore.
If someone is interested here and knows a school they would like interviewed, I am open to someone else taking this over. It was a fun time for us and no other site even came close to pulling something like this off.
