Accrediting body

What is the scoop on the International Commission for Higher Education?
Seems they were established in 2002. Are they in anyway legitimate?

This is not a recognised accrediting body. A degree from a school accredited by this body will have no more standing than an unaccredited degree. That does not mean that ICFHE is necessarily illegitimate or not sincere, but its accreditation is meaningless as such.
