Statement on accreditation seems in order. They seem honest about their own standing. I have requested a catalog and will wait to make any further comments until I have studied it.

I would be happy to answer any questions you have about Trinity Baptist Seminary. I believe that we provide a good Bible education to men called by God to minister for Him. We are not a diploma mill. You will have to study diligently to earn a degree from us. There is a lot of reading, written assignments and research papers.
Thank you.

The website states that Trinity is chartered by the state of Georgia, while the school's offices are in Wisconson.

We incorporated in georgia in 1947 and our main operation was there until 1997. Our registered agent for the corporation is in Ga. We moved to Wisconsin in 1997. However, since we are an external studies school the office location really doesn't matter.

Ken,
You state that Trinity's main operation was registered in Georgia from 1947-1997 (50 years), then the office moved to Wisconson in 1997. Is Trinity's main operation currently in Georgia or Wisconson?

I will be glad to further clarify my previous post, but first let me ask you something. Are you interested in enrolling in Trinity or are these questions idle curiosity?
We are incorporated in Georgia as we have been since 1947. We operate under an excluded status with the Georgia Department of Education. We file an annual report with the Georgia Secretary of State and our registered agent for the corporation is in Georgia, per state regulations.
Up until 1997 ous administrative office was located in Georgia. In 1997 we relocated our administrative office. For two years we were in International Falls, MN. In 1999 we moved to Wausau, Wisconsin.
I hope that answers your question.
In Christ.

Have yet to receive my catalog but I have visited the site again and I kind of like this school. I think it is a sincere effort providing unaccredited, reasonably priced theological education.

I can't find any cost for any of their degrees on the website. Anyone have any experience with this school?
Thanks

No experience with them. One of the degree programs points out that the cost of Masters credits is 25.00 per credit hour.

There is no faculty list so that is rather concerning. How do we know anyone there is capable of overseeing the degree programs?
Let us know what you find out.

Took a quick tour through the website, and they appear to provide straight forward information. They go to great length to explain their non-accreditation, which is neither positive or negative except to say, the proof is in the academic pudding. It will be interesting to see what others who have gone through their degree program have to say.
