Upgraded VBulletin to 3.5 RC3

Hi Folks, we upgraded the bulletin board software to version 3.5.

This software has some nicer features especially for the admins/mods.

You might run across an issue with some client side cached java script, if you get a weird error, refresh the page to load the newer Java script. If that does not work, go to you internet options and delete all "offline files" or "Offline Cache" [NOT COOKIES] just the cache. But that's ONLY if you get weird .JS errors.

AED forum is now working again. Will focus now on the RSS feed forums. This will be a little trickier since I have to use different RSS feed software than what I was using before.
