Temple Baptist Seminary, (http://www.templebaptistseminary.edu) a TRACS (http://www.tracs.org) accredited school, offers an inexpensive Master of Ministry degree for $180 per credit hour. Each course is two hours. This degree can be earned completely online!

The Certificate of Ministry can also be earned completely online. The Master of Arts in Biblical Studies and the Master of Divinity require some residency as does the the Doctor of Ministry degree ($200 per credit hour).

Not bad prices, are they?

Dr. Lee Roberson founded Temple Baptist Seminary. He is also the founder of the Southwide Baptist Fellowship, a very fundamentalist Baptist organization. Roberson was pastor of the famous Highland Park Baptist Church of Chattanooga.

The course materials are on top of the tuition price. For their DL options you need to add on an extra $80 per course for audio materials and $130 for video. There is also a registration fee of $25 per course.

That still makes this place good value, though.

Incidentally, I note also a reasonable number of Bob Jones University grads on the faculty - as you might expect in a Baptist seminary - which further underlines the regard in which that school, whilst unaccredited, is held.

Yes, the tuition is good. Nearly all other DL seminaries and Bible colleges have extra fees for books and materials.

Guess their philosophy is "We teach you nothing so we don't charge you much."
