Degreeboard Censored in China?

Someone informed me that Degreeboard.com is censored in China and our website re-routes to the Chinese MoE.

Can anyone confirm this? Is this common in the People's Republic of China?

My understanding is that Chineese government is very picky about what websites their people are allowed to look at. Though the dillegent chineese computer user can find their way around the governmental blocks.
