No, this is Greenwich University, Pakistan.

This institution has been around for a number of years. It was first called 'Greenwich Institute' when it had an affiliation with the University of Greenwich, UK.

This affiliation ceased and some years later, Greenwich Institute got a licence in Pakistan to operate as "Greenwich University'.

They have a very nice, modern and well equiped facility.

Interesting.
I've looked but can't find any indication that this is the old Greenwich, also I can't seem to locate anything saying that they offer distance learning programs.
They do seem to be approved by the HEC as a private university.
