Which is viewed better by potential employers, or are they viewed about the same?

1) NA Undergraduate degree / RA Graduate degree

2) RA Undergraduate degree / NA Graduate degree

3) NA Undergraduate degree / NA Graduate degree

The company I work for, a 1.5+ Billion dollar a yr company. None of that would matter. I can't even think of one posistion that even requires a graduate degree either for that matter. Probably most do require an undergraduate but it's still more weighted on experience, no one where I work is asking each other where you went to school etc or playing that game you'd look funny if you did.

I think if it's a teaching position within a college or university then the employer may look for #2, if the employer is within industry then it may not matter.
Of course, there are exceptions and an employer within academia may accept #1 or #3 and an employer in industry may want only #2.
Just my two cents.

A very good point Robert J, my employer look at experience over degree, for them emphasis is placed more on what can you do and how good are you at what you do.
A degree is second fiddle to experience where my employer is concerned.

I agree. My employer looks at experience first as well.

Should one consider changing companies... would they be competitive with 20 years experience +/ - and a DETC degree? Thoughts

I'ts the same with me in my job. I am an aircraft technician. We are Airframe and Powerplant Technicians some with Associates Degrees, even a small portion has a Bachelors in something. The only thing that matters is experience, how long you've been working in aviation, and if you have a good union to back you. Everything is based on total seniority. First thing they'd say if you mentioned you had a Bachelors is "Why are you working on the floor as a mechanic"?
