Redlyne Racer,

Why is this school of importance to you so much?

Redlyne Racer,

Why is this school of importance to you so much?

The ABA is a racist, elitist, socialist organization. The negative effect it has on legal education is well documented. See, e.g., http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=263211

In particular, the ABA's historical hostility to for-profit law schools remains pervasive and also is well-documented. See, e.g., http://www.jewishworldreview.com/cols/sowell092498.asp

In that context the latest round of the ongoing WSU vs. ABA battle is of interest to many here and elsewhere who follow such things. Similarly, there are some who post here who have ongoing DL programs at unaccredited law schools who may find the topic particularly relevant to their own situation. As you may know, the ABA's current policy is not to accredit online schools, so the issues are parallel in many ways.

Why is what I post of importance to you so much?
