Before students enroll in The Union Institute and University (http://www.ncahigherlearningcommission.org/directory/?Action=ShowBasic&instid=1904), Central Baptist Theological Seminary (http://www.ncahigherlearningcommission.org/directory/?Action=ShowBasic&instid=1936), William Penn University (http://www.ncahigherlearningcommission.org/directory/?Action=ShowBasic&instid=1264) and United Theological Seminary (http://www.ncahigherlearningcommission.org/directory/?Action=ShowBasic&instid=1903) please do your research as they have an (on notice status) by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association.
The prospect that Union may lose its accreditation may give a few of its grads something to think about.
Personally, I hope Union retains its accreditation.

Which "few" grads are you referencing, J? :D

Only those who, having gained their doctorates from Union, see fit to rubbish those who graduated from similar - or even more structured - programs at unaccredited schools. One in particular has been involved with a few unaccredited schools as well.
If Union lost its accreditation, where would they be? :o
More seriously, I want to see more programs like the Union PhD, not fewer. Non-traditional (in substance) doctorates are the next frontier in higher education.
