I got my undergrad from IU. All the undergrad courses are the same price regardless of location. When I was looking for a graduate program I was surprised that they had in-state and out-of-state tuitions.

I think the videoconferencing is a great idea. That lack of face-to-face is what makes so many math and science cources difficult for DL.
