Western Degree on their resume ?
Mr. David Gering Responds:
If an Oregon resident plans to use his/her resume in the state, Oregon's
out-of-court settlement of our federal lawsuit stipulates that graduates of KWU must
note that KWU is non-accredited.

12. What is the new year bringing to the staff of Kennedy Western. It's
alumni, and it's students ? i.e. What are some of the new things your school
is working towards.
Mr. David Gering Responds:
Kennedy-Western University staff are enthusiastic and excited about where we are
going as an institution. KWU continues to grow its student population and faculty.
We continue to make substantial investments in our curricula, online learning
management system, content management systems, other online resources, and
infrastructure to best serve our students. Beyond this, we have just introduced new
Computer Science and Business Administration concentrations, and expect to introduce
more this year. These concentrations serve students whose careers require more
specialized areas within the main Bachelor's and Master's degree programs, enabling
students greater potential advancement in a specific career direction. Further, we
just introduced a Bachelor's criminal justice degree program and it's possible other
degree programs will be added this year. Finally, the University is investing in the
communications and media relations necessary to clarify and communicate our mission
and role in higher education.
