Andrew Jackson University (DETC accredited) has a program that will allow you to pay no tuition for your entire degree program (undergrad or graduate). All you pay is a 400 per semester fee, and for proctoring and texts. You must sign up with a sponsor (no cost) and then get the scholarship.

Man I hope this is true with no strings attached. I would love to enroll in an accredited Psychology Program that won't break my bank.
This would equal to about $1,200.00 a year, or $100 a month...Not bad, not bad at all... ![]() |

This appears to be a great opportunity while it is available. I looked for something to take and the masters in public administration looked appealing but I don't need another business or management degree. If their programs weren't redundant to me I'd give it some serious thought. A real bargain if you work fast.

Hi,
Welcome to the board, this is a unique opportunity for lots of prospective students to acquire an affordable degree from an accredited school. Three cheers for AJU. Is this program available to international students too?

Yes it is available to international students. Because we are 100% online, we don't have residency requirements.
If a student does not have a degree from a US or Canadian school, their education will need to be evaluated by a foreign education evaluator. We can accept the recommendation from any member of www.naces.org. If English is not their first language, we'll need either TOEFL scores or TOEFL waivers. Again, thanks for the interest. We're very excited about this program. |

Pax,
Currently we are not looking at adding doctoral programs. There are several undergraduate programs we are looking at first. |

Can you give us an update on enrollment. Has it increased significantly? Also, is there a point at which you will have to cut off enrollment (i.e. too many students for the administrative portion of your program to support)?

Enrollments have increased; therefore, we are limiting applications to 100 per month. Please see the attached press release link [url="http://www.webwire.com/ViewPressRel.asp?aId=71204"]

Do you guys have any informations on the DETC acceptance outside of the US, especially Europe? As far as I know DETC degrees are worthless over there in the academic world, like if someone wants to use the Master as a basis for a doctorate a DETC degree won't get you any further.

Thank you for your interest. In the U.S. it is always up to the admitting school as to what they will accept. If you have a school or schools in mind, please check with them. You can also contact the DETC. Their website is detc.org
Good luck! |

Would anybody enrolled in this program care to share their thoughts? How are assignments structured, support and so on?

Greetings,
Does AJU accept transfer credits from RA colleges that date from the 1970's and 80's?

If the coursework is still relevant, we can accept them. For instance, computer courses from the 70s and 80s are not relevant any longer and we could not accept them. Please visit our website www.aju.edu to take a look at our admissions requirements. If I can answer additional questions, please do not hesitate to call me at 800/429-9300 ext. 107.
